The Group continues to expand with exciting concepts in the pipeline including our first foray into the Japanese fine dining scene led by a talented Japanese Chef who has been honing his skills at stellar dining institutions. Set to shape the Japanese culinary landscape in Singapore, the new restaurant will showcase modern Japanese cuisine in a beautiful fine dining establishment with an emphasis on creating meaningful interactions between chefs and guests.


We are looking for a service-driven leader to fill the role of Assistant Manager and also oversee the Sommelier duties. This dual role requires the individual to drive and lead the daily service operations, from its people to the surroundings, taking into meticulous consideration the operational and technical needs of the establishment. Additionally, this indivdual should have a strong knowledge base for wine. Familiarity with every aspect of restaurant management, grievance procedures and training plans is critical in ensuring business development and growth.


You’ll be in-charge of:

  • Leading and executing operations to achieve daily targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with guests
  • Attending to guest feedbacks or complaints
  • Ensuring roster is efficiently planned and develop manning guide according to manpower budget
  • Identifying training needs and training plans tighten the competency gap
  • Petty cash and banking transactions
  • Facility management of the outlet
  • Conducting training and develop SOPs
  • Provide leadership and direction in the execution and measurement of guest service standards within Beverage operations to ensure continued growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize wine sales and cost efficiencies, both within F&B outlets and through retail channels direct to guests
  • Develop a strong and continuously evolving wine and spirits retail program that is both successful financially but that also excites guests
  • Create, develop and implement new beverage menu items
  • Keeping in mind personal taste and price preference, design profiling processes to generate individualized wine profiles for the guests
  • Facilitate training to all employees of Beverage operations, and lead service staff to execute best in class wine and bar service

We are looking someone who is:

  • Well versed with minimally 3 years of Hospitality/F&B experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong wine knowledge and associated certificates (WSET, CSW)
  • Passionate about fine dining
  • Meticulous and well organised
  • Well-groomed and possesses good communication skills
  • Strong in computer skills
  • Passionate about service
