Assistant Manager, Customer Service and Service Quality
Bring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Attend to email enquiries and walk-in counters at Tampines or Alexandra offices regarding policy, underwriting, claims received from corporate clients (Insured Employees/Members, HR personnel, Agents, Brokers); ensure service level agreement is maintained within target.
Attend to email portal enquiries received from corporate clients and its intermediary (Employee, Human Resource personnel, Agents and Broker).
Attend to enquiries received at the walk-in counters at Tampines or Alexandra offices.
Escalate enquiry to other relevant departments, follow-up and keep customer informed.
Upload claim documents / emails into system.
Refer complaint cases to Team Leader.
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum 2 years operations experience in insurance industry.
Fast and Meticulous.
Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Driving process improvement and operational excellence.
Understand the knowledge base of the Corporate Solutions, in terms of product, billing and claims submission.
Understand Corporate Vitality.
Team player with a strong collaborative spirit.
Attention to detail, meticulous.
