Job Description

JOB SCOPE

  • Assist in the management of all ticket sales operations and manpower planning for the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) MasterCard, Theatre Box Office, ArtScience Museum Box Office and SkyPark Box Office
  • Act on behalf of the Box Office Manager in his/her absence
  • Manage the financial reconciliation for all ticket sales via the Box Office(s)
  • Manage the support and fulfillment of ticketing kiosk
  • Oversee the display of appropriate and relevant advertising/marketing signage at all Box Office(s) and Theatre Foyer
  • Act as an escalation point, when addressing challenging guest issues
  • Consolidate and disseminate all shows and events information to both internal and external departments including MBS authorized agents, MBS call centre, MBS Hotel and Retail Concierge teams
  • Conduct and facilitate ticketing system training for all MBS team members handling ticket sales transactions
  • Prepare training material and conduct service training for Box Office team members
  • Write and review the department SOPs regularly
  • Support in executing and implementing new system/IT solutions for the business operations
  • Strategize the manpower and material resource planning to achieve optimal productivity
  • Foster team cohesion to build an exemplary team of MBS service ambassadors
