Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involvement with business development activities and RFQs/ rates quotations

  • Handling operational, billing and customer service issues.

  • Close communication with vendors and customers

  • Resolve any escalation of customer service issues with clients

  • Address any operational or documentation issues

  • Handle customer’s enquiries promptly

  • Lead team on daily job scope and resolve discrepancies

  • Monitors and work closely with team to achieve monthly GM targets.



  • Diploma with minimum 2-4 years in customer service / operations

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently

  • Strong network with vendors an added advantage

  • Strong communication skills
