About us

We are a fine dining restaurant specializing in Edomae style sushi. Our Master Chef from Tokyo has more than 20 years of experience in this industry internationally, and is passionate about training new chefs outside of Japan, so here is your big opportunity!

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle kitchen operations, food preparations according to set standards
  • Prepare ingredients as per Master Chef’s requirements
  • Assist Chef in food preparations
  • Ad-hoc duties

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as kitchen assistant, cook, chef assistant, or similar positions (Need not be trained specifically in Japanese culinary)
  • Passionate about Japanese cuisine and dining culture
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work 6-day work week (Mon - Sat including PH)
