Assistant HR Business Partner (Marketing)

Key Role and Responsibilities:
  • HR Business Partnering for Global Marketing Team

    • Talent Management for all Marketing employees (ie. Talent Pipeline & Development, Facilitate Talent Forums, Succession Planning)
    • Lead development planning for management trainees in Marketing
    • Contingent workforce management for Marketing
    • Learning lead for Marketing
    • Land HR Projects for Marketing teams (ie. Wellbeing Initiatives, Future of Work)
    • Support HR Business Partner in all core HR processes, including annual pay review process, recruitment process, international assignments etc.

  • Talent & Performance Team Member for total Singapore

    • Lead for talent programs in Singapore (ie. Organize & land global talent initiatives)
    • Analytics of key HR metrics (ie. Attrition, recruitment, cost) to identify trends, insights & action planning
    • Connect with SEAA & Global Talent teams to facilitate talent movements across key markets



    Requirements
    • At least 2-3 year of experience in HR (HRBP experience).
    • Keen interest in HR Business Partnering and HR analytics
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office - Excel and Powerpoint - with interest in digital technology and online tools/systems
