The successful candidate shall assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department which includes the administration and functions of all public areas, guestrooms, laundry, linen and landscape. He/She is expected to conduct inspections of guestrooms, passageways and public areas on a regular basis and implement the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep of Hotel facilities. He/She shall organize on-the-job training for supervisory and other service staff to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered at all times.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in similar capacity in deluxe hotels.
- Possess good leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be dynamic and be able to work under pressure.
- Results oriented and possess attention for details.
