The candidate will assist Executive Housekeeper for the full spectrum of the department’s function. He/she is accountable for the hotel’s Housekeeping activities:
- Ensures that all guestrooms/public areas are cleaned & supplied according to the standards set by the Hotel.
- Supervises & inspects cleaning of guest rooms, service areas & public areas assigned regularly to ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times.
- Co-ordination of spring cleaning & maintenance schedule, up keeping of Housekeeping inventory.
- Prepare & plan rostering, work assignment, & training needs.
- strong leadership, organizational and decision making skills
- excellent communication skills in interacting with guest and all levels of staff
- possess relevant professional qualification with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
