  1. · Take full instruction from Finance Manager
  2.   Providing and interpreting financial information;
  3. · Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
  4. · analysing change and advising accordingly;
  5. · Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
  6. · Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
  7. · Analysing competitors and market trends;
  8. · Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;
  9. · Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
  10. ·Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
  11. · Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
  12. · Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue;
  13. · Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
  14. · Managing budgets;
  15. · Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
  16. · Supervising staff;
  17. · Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
  18. · Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitivecompensation plan.
  19. · Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regardingequal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  20. · Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal andstate law.
  21. · Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top managementinformation needs.
  22. · Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records requiredby law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  23. · Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulationsaffecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, andreporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, andcollective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  24. · Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers or governmentofficials regarding human resources policies and practices.
