Job Description

An established Heritage Hotel located at one of Singapore’s most prestigious addresses, the Goodwood Park Hotel is celebrated for her timeless elegance, legendary hospitality and tradition of excellence.


We are committed to achieving service excellence and are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join us as:



Reporting to the Director of F&B, you will be responsible for day-to-day operation matters and ensure standard operating procedures and food safety standards are observed consistently in all outlets.  You will recommend measures to improve work processes and drive staff performance through training and development to improve service excellence.  You will execute new promotion strategies to maximize revenue and work with the Chefs to develop new menus and concepts to maintain competitive edge.



  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in an F&B managerial position.
  • Possess good knowledge in Food and Beverage operations in a Deluxe Hotel.
  • Service-oriented with good planning and leadership skills.
  • Team player with strong desire in achieving total customer and staff satisfactions.
