  • Get Quotations from Trainers
  • Prepare Purchase Requisition
  • Process Invoices
  • Manage Logistics (room,refreshments)
  • Send Course Joining Instructions to Participants
  • Monitor and Track class sessions
  • Prepare Certificates and Exam logistics
  • Collate Feedback through e-survey system

Job Requirement:

  • Good MS Office Skills
  • University Degree
  • Good written and oral English language skills
  • Prior experience in Training Administration is preferred
  • Independent with keen eye for detail
  • Meticulous and has experience in recording and filing system
