Job Description:

  • Manage the office equipment (sign in/out, record, calibration and maintenance of equipment)
  • Procure and upkeep office supplies including vendor sourcing and liaison and running errands for pantry supplies
  • Ensure that the office has the resources needed to remain productive
  • Coordinating repairs on any office equipment that is malfunction
  • Preparing and submitting requests for new equipment when necessary
  • Cover receptionist duties during lunch time or on leave
  • Arrangement of courier services
  • Collecting, sorting and distributing incoming mails to respective departments
  • Assist in coordination of any company or staff-related events
  • Provide general support to the department
  • Under HR & Admin department

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Competent in MS office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and believe "nothing is impossible"
  • Meticulous, resourceful and excellent team work
