Assistant Manager Job Description

 

The Assistant District Manager is in-charge of operational practices of all centres under his/her cluster and ensure each runs smoothly, complying to the SOPs and meets the KPI. 

 

Responsibilities of the role : 

 

  • Provide leadership to centres under his/her cluster - to manage a team of centre staff and teachers
  • Act as a liaision between the Headquarter and the centres by making regular visits and interacting with management
  • Be in charge of keeping employees motivated, resolve conflict and provide guidance to centre staff
  • be in charge of operational practices and making sure that each centre runs smoothly and meets projected KPI
  • Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to Country Director in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive centre growth
  • Ensure that each centre delivers value and excellence to students and parents
  • Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to the standardized business practice
  • Conduct performance evaluation of the Operations Management team and provide feedbacks and trainings for improvements
