Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Director (Cash Management & Payments)

You will join AGD’s Cash Management & Payments branch (Financial Operations directorate) with the main role of ensuring helpdesk queries (from vendors who transact with the public sector and AGD’s central financial systems users) are responded to and escalated promptly; driving improvement to AP processes and systems. You will also be involved in stakeholder engagement, process reviews and system enhancements to drive greater efficiencies and support national initiatives in the public sector procure-to-pay function.

  • Degree in Accounting  
  • Meticulous with good organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Good interpersonal skills
