Working Location: West

 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Director and other executives to optimize existing revenue and growth models and create new revenue streams by developing commercial and business development strategies optimized for short-term results and long-term strategy.
• Finding new business opportunities to close the gap with the market.
• Develop a deep understanding of the differentiated value proposition of Company’s services and mastery in pitching custom messages to individual prospects.
• Working with relevant stakeholders to help drive business value with customer and collaborate across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.
• Assist and support in cost leadership and business innovation initiatives
• Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ response documents
• Keeping abreast of market trends and dynamics

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Busines Administration/Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• At least 10 years’ experience in direct sales and/or business development and at least 5 years in logistics industry
• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and solution selling
• Able to work well in a team/highly collaborative environment
• Self0driven, motivated possess entrepreneur spirit
• Persuasive, strong-willed and persistent
