Working/worked in government agency/ projects has an added advantage

  • Oversee a team of Customer Service Executives on a daily basis
  • Ensure the team deliver a high-quality customer service experience to customers
  • Formulate and implement new work processes to provide service excellence
  • Manage manpower allocation
  • Provide ad hoc trainings to Customer Service Executives
  • Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in any field
  • 4 years of work experience in Call Centre Environment and at least 2 years’ experience in supervising a team of CSE
  • Working/ worked in Government Agency/ Projects has an added advantage
  • Possess good leadership skills
