Assistant Brand Manager - RETAIL - S$6000
A Market Leader within the retail industry. Due to business needs, we are seeking committed professional to join the team as Assistant Brand Manager!
Budget for this role: S$6000
- Elevating assigned brand as a primary focus, while also assist in the branding and marketing of the other brands.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Company’s products in the Singapore market.
- Act as a bridge between the sales functionaries and the Marketing Division, in order to formulate, coordinate and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns within the Singapore market.
- Understand the needs of the direct store business and competition landscape and support the channels with the appropriate point-of-sales-materials (POSMs) in a timely manner.
- Monitor competitors’ activities closely, and in doing so provide effective countermeasures to maintain profitability.
- Manage the advertising and promotions budget.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide alternatives and/or make adjustments where necessary to achieve / maintain a high return of investment (ROI).
- At least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related marketing disciplines.
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in the Retail, FMCG or related industries.
- Proven track record in FMCG product branding, marketing and sales results.
- Innovative and target driven.
- Good numerical and analytical skills; data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking
- Flexible and resilient, possess ability to maintain control in a fast paced and perpetually evolving environment.
- Prior experience within reputable public listed or multinational company preferred.
