Assistant Account (AR) - up to $3800

- Mon to Fri 8.30AM to 5PM
- Up to $3,800
• Prepare external and intercompany invoices/credit notes;
• Perform timely and accurate data entry of invoices/credit notes into Oracle;
• Prepare monthly journal entries for unbilled/deferred revenue;
• Prepare monthly revenue and AR reconciliation, AR aging reports;
• Follow up on outstanding AR balances.
• Process incoming intercompany invoices/credit notes;
• Reconciliation of transactions and balances with intercompanies.
• Prepare account schedules for Balance Sheet and selected P&L accounts after each month-end closing.

• Mon to Fri 8.30AM to 5PM
• $3500 – $3800
• Degree in Accountancy with at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in MNC environment;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge in Oracle is added advantage;
• Strong knowledge in accounting double entries.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possess high level of motivation/flexibility to work in a fast-pace envrionment.
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure.
• Hands-on person and able to work independently.
• A good team player with positive attitude.
