Job Description

Responsibilities

Set up assessment centre rooms
Manage assessment centre on the day or days when the assessment centre is run
Perform assessment centre tasks such as briefing participants, distributing documents, collating data, preparing reports, venue management, timetabling and quality monitoring
Assist lead consultant as required

Requirements

Possess minimum two years of experience in managing assessment centre
Possess minimum a Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration / Business Management / Human Resource / Psychology
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word)
Proficient in English language (both written and spoken)
Meticulous, attention to detail and well organised
Strong adaptability, execution, problem solving and time management skills
Able to perform under tight deadline and pressure
Able to work with all levels of people
Able to travel overseas for up to five days whenever required
Able to commit on a long term ad hoc basis
