Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Architectural Manager for MRT Project

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Architectural Coordinators
• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
• Forecast for any possible clashes with M&E or structural
• Highlight issue to Architect to arrange meetings with stakeholders to resolve all clashes
• Plan and ensure implementations are carried out according to construction programme.
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Architecture
• Min 8 years of relevant exp in LTA
