Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Architectural Coordinator for New Condo Project (Over $200m)

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
• Forecast for any possible clashes with M&E or structural
• Highlight issue to Architect to arrange meetings with stakeholders to resolve all clashes
• Plan and ensure implementations are carried out according to construction programme.
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Architecture
• Min 3 years of relevant exp
