Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead team and consultants in implementation of projects
  • Manage client/consultant stakeholders and engage in project & site meetings to drive project progress and resolve issues
  • Conceptualize designs and carry out feasibility studies
  • Prepare submission and construction drawings
  • Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations



  • A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience in Singapore
  • Proficient in BIM software, ArchiCAD
  • Good design with strong portfolio
  • Commitment to continual learning, desire to innovate, self-motivated and dynamic personality with right attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
  • Well versed in Singapore’s regulations and authority guidelines
