Job Description

  • Prepare debit and credit notes
  • Record of incoming funds (AR Receipts)
  • Run AR Ageing Report (functional currency & source currency)
  • Ensure AR Ageing reconcile to GL
  • Generation of monthly statement of accounts
  • Preparation of Bank Documents for DP collection
  • Handle item price updates
  • Handle transfer price updates
  • Other assignments as and when assigned by the Manager

Qualification

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable 
  • Hands on and detailed
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, prefereably with ACCPAC / SAP experience
