Application Verifier (LPA) @ Bukit Merah - Up to $1600 + $200 Incentive

Responsibilities:

• To process sensitive application in accordance with stipulated policies and guidelines in a controlled office environment.
• Provide timely acknowledgement of application
• Ensure complete set of documents are submitted with the application
• Follow-up with applicant for missing documents in a professional manner
• Capture application details accurately in the system
• Provide timely notification to the applicant on rejected / successful application
• Discuss and escalate complex cases for review and decision.
• Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.

 

Period:

• Contract (till 31 July 2020)

 

Location:

• Bukit Merah

 

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8am – 5.30pm
• May have to work on Saturday if necessary

 

Salary:

• Up to $1600
• $200 Incentive (subject to performance)

 

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Able to converse fluently in English and at least one other local language
• Meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result oriented
• No hp is allowed
