Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall marketing strategy for gaming in AP region
- Plan gaming programs together with the AP category lead & new biz dev team
- Align with WW team on global creative and programs and see how these can be leveraged in AP 
- Ensure regional teams are aligned to AP gaming strategy and host regular interlocks
- Identify co-marketing opportunities with alliance partners and be their key point of contact (e.g. Nvidia Game Bundles)
- Leverages data from key dashboards to improve the customer decision journey and optimize campaign effectiveness
- Cultivate relationships and with external agencies (e.g. creative, digital/social, PR, etc.) and media to identify opportunities for new and refreshing campaigns
- Owns and manages budgets for gaming at AP level


Must Have : - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. MBA a plus
- 10+ years of marketing and/or agency experience, familiarity with PC/IT industry a plus
- Experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing campaigns
- Ability to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with a diverse team
- Exceptional at stakeholder management in a highly matrixed organization 
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
