AML Analyst

The Job

In this role, you will handle great responsibility in achieving best-in-class compliance standards.

You will be responsible for :

• Performing enhanced due diligence on sensitive clients and reviewing KYCs done by team members
• Guiding and training junior members of the team on KYC & Transaction Monitoring
• Liaising with customers to obtain missing documents
• Ensuring AML activities are up to the highest standard and leading improvement projects
• Staying current with all regulatory changes and requirements around AML obligations

The Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience in AML operations in the financial services
• You have a very strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• You possess a positive attitude and are analytical and self-motivated
• You are comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict and informed risk-taking
• You are able to communicate effectively and have good business judgment
