After Sales / Technical Support Engineer (Laptops/ PC Hardware|5 days | AWS + Bonus)

Brief Summary

• Basic $4000 + AWS + VB + Attractive Allowance + Medical benefits
• 5 Days | Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
• Working Location @ Jurong East (Client's based)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance / sales support to customers
• Maintain good customer business relationship
• To work closely with counterparts to ensure the best of service to our customers
• To respond to customer enquiry and specifications timely
• Work closely with Sales Team and PM on customers’ issues, feedbacks and requirements
• Follow up and monitor on customer’s activities, and try obtaining new sales opportunities

Requirements:

• Diploma/ degree holder in Electrical Engineering 
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking
