Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties (Attending to walk-in guests & handling of telephone calls)
  • Assist in the administrative duties
  • General office maintenance
  • Updating, monitoring and generation of various reports
  • Updating of Customers’ Purchase Orders into accounting system
  • Assist with Quality Assurance requirements, including safe work procedures
  • Act as back-up for Administrator (Logistics & Purchasing)
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Nitec in Business / Finance Services or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Must be able to communicate with our overseas offices, including Taiwan)
  • Possess strong writing and administrative skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to interact well with all level of staff and be amiable
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated and pro-active
  • High level of attention-to-details
