Hiring Full Time Administrative Executive! 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secreterial support to our Financial Director.
  • Assist Director in researching and following up with action.
  • Ability to organise and plan own work.
  • Meticulous and possess good attention to details.
  • Manage claims expenses and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (E.g Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
  • Minimum Diploma holder
