Statement Of Purpose
To provides administrative support to the department / company.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Specific :
- Assist in updating the Integrated Management System (IMS) for internal and external audits.
- Administer both GGBS and Bizsafe – maintain and update of documents.
- Register BCA Work Head and Builder License.
- Update, prepare and co-ordinate the endorsement of warranty for Projects such as paint and roofing warrants.
- Co-ordinate with project managers on completed documents upon project completion.
- Update, prepare and follow up on Track Record and Client Assessment Form.
- Create project summary for new projects.
- General :
- Arrange and update training course.
- Handle and provide administrative duties within the Company.
- Other duties as assigned.
- To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulation and eliminate or reduce hazard at the workplace.
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :
- "O" Level with credits in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
- Service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Meticulous and a team-player.
(C) Experience :
- Experience with BCA Work Head and Builder license registration.
- Preferably with at least 5 years in administrative and clerical work in construction industry or in related field.
