Job Description

Key Responsibilities:     

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including emailing, mailing, scanning and faxing of documents.
  • Prepare and modify documents including contracts, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Maintain office supplies for the company.
  • Assisting on the backend operation of the company’s ecommerce selling.
  • Managing of leave records.



Qualifications:   

  • Min ‘O’ Levels, preferably Diploma and above.
  • 2+ years experience in office administration.
  • Strong communication skills including fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel is a must.
  • Detail oriented and strong time management skills.
  • A good team player with a positive, proactive attitude.


  

Salary Package:

  • Competitive basic salary S$2,200 – S$2,600.
  • 13th month bonus guarantee.
  • Variable bonus in July depending on personal and company’s performance.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm).
  • Location: Pioneer Point (near Pioneer MRT).
