'N' Levels / 'O' Levels
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including emailing, mailing, scanning and faxing of documents.
- Prepare and modify documents including contracts, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Maintain office supplies for the company.
- Assisting on the backend operation of the company’s ecommerce selling.
- Managing of leave records.
- Min ‘O’ Levels, preferably Diploma and above.
- 2+ years experience in office administration.
- Strong communication skills including fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel is a must.
- Detail oriented and strong time management skills.
- A good team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Competitive basic salary S$2,200 – S$2,600.
- 13th month bonus guarantee.
- Variable bonus in July depending on personal and company’s performance.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm).
- Location: Pioneer Point (near Pioneer MRT).
