Responsibilities :
- Provide quality customer service via phone calls/emails.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, requests and feedback efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Alert management of urgent issues and concerns
- Checking of outlets' daily sales and provide administrative support
- Assist in recruitment process which includes screening of income calls/resumes, schedule interviews and onboarding process
- Coordinate on interview arrangements and on boarding process
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Min GCE 'O' Level
- Cheerful personality and outspoken
- At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service/Human Resource/Administrative duties
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Positive work attitude, self-driven, independant and good team player
- Meticulous and possesses high level of integrity
- Availability to commence work immediately
- Residing in east area preferred
- Singaporean and PR holders only
