Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality customer service via phone calls/emails.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries, requests and feedback efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
  • Alert management of urgent issues and concerns
  • Checking of outlets' daily sales and provide administrative support
  • Assist in recruitment process which includes screening of income calls/resumes, schedule interviews and onboarding process
  • Coordinate on interview arrangements and on boarding process
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • Cheerful personality and outspoken
  • At least 2 years working experience in Customer Service/Human Resource/Administrative duties
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Positive work attitude, self-driven, independant and good team player
  • Meticulous and possesses high level of integrity
  • Availability to commence work immediately
  • Residing in east area preferred
  • Singaporean and PR holders only
