Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Data entry, filing, scanning and documentation work
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Collecting & sorting mail
  • Manage office stationery and supplies
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • At least GCE O level certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, independent

Able to commence work immediately
