- To maintain, compile and files record office documentations.
- Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support (Data Entry, Filing, Photocopying & etc.)
- Handle office incoming calls.
- Any ad-hoc duties and support as and when necessary.
- To provide secretarial and administrative support.
- To be highly independent in performing job tasks required and able to exercise good judgment and discretion in managing situations.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Proficient in MS Office, mainly MS Word.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Meticulous and able to multi-task.
- No experience required.
