Job Description

We are looking for an Temp/Contract Administrative Assistant to be outsourced to our clients place!

 

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support for the office
  • Provide administrative support during center events
  • Assist in internal training administration, planning, registration, venue preparation and coordination
  • Organise and schedule meetings in organized and coordinated manner
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on the action items
  • Facilitate in arranging in the management oversea trip plan
  • Maintain a systematic filing system
  • Update and maintain the office policies and procedures
  • Track, maintain and order office supplies inventory
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors when needed
  • Handle requests and queries from management
  • Drive continuous improvement for the administrative and secretarial support organization
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE O levels/Nitec/Diploma in Business Admin/Studies or any equilvalent 
  • Relevant admin working experience
  • Good communication skills and team player
