ADMIN TEMP STAFF

 

 

Contract Duration

 

  • 1 Year

 

Working Location

 

  • Cityhall

 

Working Hours

 

  • 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.00am to 5.30pm;  Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm)

 

Offered Salary

 

  • Up to S$11.00 per hour

  • Strong and fit to carry heavy items

 

Job Description

 

Renovation Project

  • Assist with the logistical requirements for renovation of the office
  • Assist with the packing of general supplies (stationeries/pantry/Corporate gifts and library books)
  • Shifting of movable assets for temporary storage
  • Assist in taking stock of existing logistics stores
  • Distribution of packing cartons to respective clusters
  • Packing of the Admin stores for safe keeping
  • Assist clusters on the shifting of their packed cartons during the renovation
  • Unpacking of Admin stores after completion of renovation
  • Assist Admin to take stock of new assets
  • Any other duties assigned by Manager/Executive (Admin)

 

Daily Logistics Supports

  • Carry out daily checks to ensure office equipment are in good working condition
  • Checks on cleanliness of all meeting rooms to ensure that rooms are in order
  • Carry out checks in office to ensure office supplies are adequate
  • Assist Admin to perform stock take and putting up recommendation for replenishment and liaise with suppliers on the arrangement for the delivery of goods
  • Daily top-up of beverages in beverage dispensers
  • Reports damaged assets and inventories to Manager/Executive (Admin) for disposal follow up
