Job Description

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.

  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills in handling all customers enquiries.

  3. Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.

  4. Prepare and generate quotation, purchase orders and delivery orders

  5. Administrative support to sales teams

  6. Prepare and update weekly sales data

  7. Arrange with forwarders & packers on packing, insurance and permit documentation.

  8. Arrangement of in & outgoing courier services/deliveries

  9. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

  10. Data-entry duties, updating database, issuing invoices and reports, administration and coordination support to Sales Planning Department (filing and records)

  11. Maintain and upkeep office inventories.

  12. Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


Technical Competencies:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and good understanding of theAutocount software.

  • Able to communicate with multiple levels of employee and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Good understanding of logistic and warehousing

  • Strong mathematical skills and accuracy of data entry

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
