Admin / PA (EAST, 5day work week)
Due to business expansion, we are seeking driven and motivated individuals to join us as an Admin executive. You will be trained under talents from our company where you will be able to upgrade your skills set and experience fast work growth.
Admin duties like assisting with calls and emails (handling business queries), filing paperwork and scanning documents
Supporting day to day operations of the company
Assisting with the generation and compilation of summary list of clients’ existing insurance portfolio in preparation for sales appointments
Following up with other departments within company building to follow-up for outstanding matters
Following up with customer service departments on outstanding claims and submission
Checking email correspondence and execute request from customers on behalf of manager(s)/director
Generating and compiling list of data relating to current revenue source (the number of clients and the types of policies sold)
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Team player, proactive and punctual
Advantageous if there is prior knowledge about General Insurance or Life Insurance
However, applicants with no experience are welcome to apply
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field/’A’ level
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detailed oriented and computer literate
