Admin / PA (5day work week)
You will be part of a team fulfilling an important support function for our company/sales department.
Assisting to generate and compile client information
Generating and compiling information on current existing sales status for superior
Checking email correspondence and execute request from customers on behalf of manager(s)/directors
Follow up with other departments within company building to follow-up with outstanding matters
Assist to liaise and coordinate and arrange for customers to attend medical appointments, review or screening as necessary
Other ad hoc as necessary
Min A’ level or Diploma in any Discipline
Detailed oriented and computer literate
Able to work independently in the office without supervision
