Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise admin team
  • Provide training and guidance to admin team
  • Develop and maintain effective filing system
  • Implementing and maintaining proper administrative procedures (delivery/collection orders, invoices, credit notes, and all other accounts related documents)
  • Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of all financial records.
  • Review and improve current workflow to increase efficiency
  • Handle all shipping document for import shipment
  • Liaising with internal and external parties (eg. overseas agent (China),cargo agents) to ensure all shipment arrive on time
  • In charge of others administrative duties
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, any field
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in related field
  • Accounting knowledge is a must
  • Experience in freight forwarding, permit declaration and customs clearance is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, highly organised and has an eye for detail
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask and set work priorities
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin in both spoken and written (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients/supplier)
  • 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day)
