Job Description

  • Reporting to the Building Manager, you are responsible for all HR and Administrative functions including payroll processing, recruitment and selection, work passes management, leave administration, procurement of office supplies etc
  • Perform application & renewal of all licenses, permits, insurance etc
  • Arrange and attend all council meetings, record and circulate minutes of the meetings, whenever required
  • Keep and maintain all documents that required by the Strata Title Act
  • Apply for all necessary government licences, certificates of approvals including statutory inspection certificates in respect of lifts, fire fighting equipment, pumps, generators etc

Requirements :

  • Minimum a Diploma in Business Admin/Building and Facilities Management
  • Proven experience as Administration Manager
  • Conversant in property management and Strata Title Act
  • In-depth understanding of the Labour regulation
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask with good sense of urgency
  • A team player with leadership skills
