Job Description

Admin & Logistics Assistant

  • Finance admin
    • Cheque preparation
    • Petty cash recording & verification
    • Insurance related tasks & Handling staff claims for insurance
    • Staff leave application processing and update
  • Processing of Purchase Order (PO) when received
  • Liaise with internal team to ensure able to meet delivery schedule
  • Acknowledge PO to customer
  • Update of delivery schedule
  • Export shipments coordination
    • Preparation of shipment documentations
    • Coordinating with freight forwarders for smooth shipment arrangements
    • Coordinating with internal departments for shipment requirements


  • Other Admin tasks as assigned
    • Picking up of incoming telephone calls to direct to relevant colleague
    • Data entry, filing, photocopying of documents as required


·         Conscientious, detailed and pleasant personality

·         Minimum diploma with 1-2 years working experience

·         Salary range: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,700/month depending on candidate experience and suitability

 Prefer candidates who live in the East of Singapore.

·         Working hours 9am – 6.15pm (Mon-Fri) and 9am – 1.15pm (one Saturday every month)
