Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities:

Attend to inquiries.

Answering incoming calls, redirecting calls to the internal respective parties

Handling incoming and outgoing fax, mail, and emails.

Prepare and record petty cash claim to the staff.

Handle petty cash claim

Ad hoc – cover colleague’s daily duties when they are on leave

Any other ad hoc duties assign by superior


Job Requirements:

  • Min must possess at least Secondary school / Higher NITEC preferredMust have some prior accounts experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Independent with pleasant disposition & a good team player
  • Has basic knowledge & experience on customer service
  • Able to work under pressure


Others information :

  • Working day : Rotating Shifts including night shift. (6 days a week)
  • Working hour : 8 Hours Daily
  • Preferably Chinese or Indians
