Job Description

Important: Must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Execution of day to day activities such as attending of enquiries & complaints through phone and email, following up on quotations and providing customer supports.
  • Other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Immediate availability is preferred. Full-Time permanent position
  • At least 2 Years of working experience in administrative or sales support duties
  • Salary range of $2000 to $2600 depending on experience
  • Possess a positive attitude, independent, meticulous and organised
  • IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Work Location: Jurong West - Kian Teck Way (Nearest Train Station Pioneer MRT Station)
  • Work Hours: 5 Day Week. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
