We are looking for an Administration Executive who will be responsible for office administration, facilities management, procurement and business continuity management matters.
1) Facilities Management
- Provide support to the facilities management function. This includes liaising with the landlord on building maintenance matters, management of contractors, coordination of improvement works, follow-up on fault reporting, etc.
2) Office Administration
- Provide support to the office administration function. This includes management of CCTV and door access control systems, etc.
- Provide covering support to the procurement function. This includes sourcing for suppliers, seeking approvals, raising and issuing orders, managing contracts, etc in accordance with the IM on Procurement.
4) Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Provide support to the BCM function. This includes execution of Safe Management measures, updating of checklists and records, coordinate the fire drills (2 times a year), coordinating AED training, breathing apparatus training, etc.
5) Any other duties as may be assigned by Director, Corporate Development and Senior Assistant Director, Corporate Management.
- Singapore Citizen
- A Level or Diploma qualifications
- Prior experience in facilities management will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
Preference for candidates with facilities management experience.
