JOB DESCRIPTION

ADMIN EXECUTIVE

SERVICE QUALITY DEPARTMENT

COMMUNICATIONS & SERVICE QUALITY DIVISION

Purpose of Job

The officer will be responsible for the delivery of a great customer experience for our customers in ensuring that their needs are promptly and effectively attended to.

Duties

Frontline services

  • Attend to customers’ queries and feedback received via the phone and online feedback form channels
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to address customers’ enquiries promptly and adequately
  • Meet service quality standards

Other Duties

  • Case management backend work
  • Assist in assigned service initiatives and projects
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • A Polytechnic Diploma or “A” Levels qualification
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of MS office applications
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • A positive service mindset and able to thrive in a challenging environment

Other Requirements

  • Experience in customer service (e.g. call centre environment) is an advantage
  • Language proficiency (being bi-lingual/multi-lingual is an advantage)
