Job Description

An established organization, in the Banking & Financial sector, is seeking candidates for the following position:

 

 

EXECUTIVE (Card Centre Admin Support)

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Bank customers on a daily basis on the execution of instructions tasked by the Banks, as well as on the production statuses of the Banks’ inventories
  • Daily coordination between bank customers and internal production team
  • Manage card inventory in production
  • Report card status and inventory levels to the banks
  • Prepare monthly billing reports
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work
  • Participate in the monthly card stock take with the banks

 

Requirements:

  • Min. Education Level: Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Prior working experience in the Banks / Production Industry would be a plus
  • Mature personality; customer-oriented
