Job Description:

  • Reports to Finance Manager
  • Procurement, setup, issue & management of Office Assets
    - including laptops, monitors, printers, handphones, peripherals, accessories, furnitures, uniforms, pantry/office supplies, etc
  • Management of office maintenance and cleanliness
  • Manage company's various Service Contracts and Agreements
  • Assist HR in staff on-boarding and off-boarding (e.g. accounts creation and termination, equipment issuance and collection, etc)
  • Assist Finance in filing
  • Assist in checks before Refunds (unsubscribe, expire, and remove worksheets)
  • Other Admin ad-hoc tasks
  • Working hours : Mondays - Fridays, 10am - 7pm

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years in similar related roles
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast paced environment
  • Meticulus with minimal supervision
  • Possess a Never-Say-Die attitude
