  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Handle the operation documents such as quotation, invoice, purchase order, etc
  • Coordinate with customers and provide support to the technician teams
  • Compile expenses claim to Finance department
  • Monitor and handle the renewal of company BCA license and bizsafe certificate
  • Organise corporate events

 

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated as well as a team
  • Knowledge of MS excel and Sage ERP system will be an advantage
