- Ensure smooth and efficient circulation of documents within department.
- Assist in administrative duties related to ATTC training matters and general insurance matters
- Coordinate activities associated with training, such as course material, scheduling, and class preparation.
- Liaise with insurer on renewals and new quotation for various insurance policies including heavy equipment, machinery and workmen compensation.
- Assist in ISO and OSHAS.
- Administrative & secretarial support to senior management.
- Handling of in-coming matters and correspondences.
- General administrative duties, as and when directed
- Candidate must possess at least diploma/ Degree with 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
- Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent
- Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer
