Job Description

  • Ensure smooth and efficient circulation of documents within department.
  • Assist in administrative duties related to ATTC training matters and general insurance matters
  • Coordinate activities associated with training, such as course material, scheduling, and class preparation.
  • Liaise with insurer on renewals and new quotation for various insurance policies including heavy equipment, machinery and workmen compensation.
  • Assist in ISO and OSHAS.
  • Administrative & secretarial support to senior management.
  • Handling of in-coming matters and correspondences.
  • General administrative duties, as and when directed

 

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma/ Degree with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent
  • Transportation pick- up services will be provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang & Pioneer
